🌿 Lakeside Yoga with Katie 🌿
Join Katie for a gentle yoga flow on the beautiful lakeside terrace — moving with the sound of birdsong, fresh air on your face, and calming views of the water.
This session is about slowing down, connecting with nature, and finding stillness. We’ll move mindfully to warm the body, then finish wrapped in cosy blankets — taking time to breathe, ground, and simply be.
What to expect:
• Gentle yoga flow, suitable for all levels
• Fresh air, open skies, and peaceful surroundings
• Time to rest and reconnect afterwards
Optional extras:
• Add a pre- or post-class dip in the lake
• Or relax with a warm drink at the lakeside café
