Our two 4-metre wood-fired saunas, offer authentic heat and lakeside views.

Each booking is 45 minutes, with space for small, mindful groups. Sessions are available year-round, allowing you to experience the seasons in comfort.

Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or a first-time dipper, our clean, natural lake offers the perfect space for mindful swimming and cold-water therapy.

Safety & Guidelines


Your wellbeing is our priority.

  • Always acclimatise slowly and warm up gradually after your swim

  • Be mindful of afterdrop — the body cooling further after leaving the water

  • Warm up around our firepit, inside our saunas, or with a hot drink in our café

  • For your safety, all swimmers must and use a tow float. (Available to purchase or hire if you need one)

Is swimming experience required?
No — sessions are suitable for all levels. You can simply enjoy the sauna or take a short dip at your own pace.

Are lifeguards on site?
NO, but sessions are supervised and all safety protocols are in place, though participants swim at their own risk.

Is there parking and changing available?
Yes — free parking and designated changing areas are provided on-site.

Is there a minimum age?
Yes — participants must be 16 years or older to go in the sauna and 18 years or older to go swimming.
